Introducing the can° portal
Welcome to our brand-new patient portal. This new platform is designed to elevate your overall healthcare experience with Cantourage Clinic.
In order to sign in you will need to follow these steps:
- Click on Sign in.
- Click on Forgot password? to setup your login details.
- Enter you email address and an email will be sent to you to set up your account.
Once this has been completed, you will be able to login to the can° portal and access all its features.
